This is the third edition of an annotated guide to judicial decisions related to the regulation of communications and copyright in Canada, by PeterS. Grant.  Over 700 judicial decisions are carefully analyzed and indexed. Includes all cases involving judicial review of the CRTC and the Copyright Board of Canada, up to March 1, 2020.  Also includes an index to judicial decisions by subject matter under dozens of different headings, as well as the full text of the current communications and copyright statutes and cross references to earlier statutory enactments.

This book also includes the Overview and Recommendations of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Legislative Review Panel.  Mr. Grant was a member of the six-person expert panel that produced the report.  That report, issued in January 2020, is entitled Canada’s Communications Future:  Time to Act.
